Went to ER Friday night with severe chest pain and was diagnosed with pneumonia. The lab work showed I had infection and also a high d-dimer. The ECG showed anterolateral ST-T abnormalities. Rate 83 PR 158 ORSD 77 QT 394 OTc 463. AXIS –P54 ORS 42 T-2 and normal sinus rhythm. The ER doctor never mentioned it. I saw these reading on my medical report. Some times my heart skips and flutter around but I am a 69 years old female and if I understand correctly the heart acting up is probably related to my age and lack of hormones. Should I be concerned about my heart?.
