Will my pc be able to run Naruto: Ninja Clash 2 without much lagging??? please answer....?

I didn't know they made a pc version. Well if you turn screen resolution down to about 800 x 600 and turn shadows off you should be fine. Unless you are running a emulator. Then you are just screwed.
