Do you think that this person likes me as a friend or not ?

okay i use to be in this program for 17 weeks called ah rc which i started in December of 2009 and for 5 weeks you do school work at this place called a h r c in downtown brooklyn and then in January 2010 i started my 12 week inter ship at long island college hospital and in this program that i was in i only had a few friends and then in march when i was working out side and my boss put this guy out side to work with me for a week to help people dump their gar bages and boxes in to a com packer and then we both started taking to each other and then after that week and then a few weeks later the both of us worked together again and we both worked in the er room it was a place for sick people in the hospital were we both took out gar bage and cleaned bath rooms and we spoke to each other Again and we walked together from the hospital to the train STATION plenty of times but we both took different trains and if he didn't have care fare to get home i would Always swipe him on the train if he didn't have car fare to get home and after that in april when we both fin shed our inter ships at long island hospital i gave him my cell phone number and he gave me his house number because his cell phone isn't on but although this guy never calls me but i call him every once a week and when we fin sh talking to each other on the phone we always wants me to call him the next day the first time i called him on the phone and i asked him does he talk to any one from the program that i was in and he said no one but me because i am a cool person and i just want to know does he really like me as a friend or was he just using me because every time he didn't have care fare to get home i would always swipe him on the train and i also gave him money a few times but he never paid ed me back is he my friend or did he just used me ?
