Help naming this superhero?

Well, his origin is that he is a sort of lackey for a group known as the Watchers of the Universe. He does what they ask, when they ask him to, but his main task is to defend the Earth. The Watchers of the Universe consist of the 5 main races of the Universe, one being Earth so the hero is from Earth. They are kind of like the UN of the entire universe. The hero has the power to fly, superstrength, and the power to shoot cosmic rays from his hands. He has the capabilities to fly at such high speeds that he can travel through time and space. (he discovers this accidentally though) He also can breath in space. I just need a cool enough name. Also, I need a color scheme for a costume. I dont want him to be to much like superman.
