I want to be a duaghter of the forest for halloween but need some starters on how to do it?

daughters of the forests are like faireies except, not so glammed up. more like earth and spirit. no wings ect. but i want to do something like twigs and leaves in my hair and i want my makeup to look really earthy. i want to be green and brown and stuff. i need tips on the makeup part, and maybe tips on what to wear as far as skirts or something. im going for a celtic kind of look as well so yea.
