Is this a mild tic disorder??? i think i tic way too much? i need answers badly, and true answers!!!?

i stutter, i crinkle my nose, and once in a while i twitch my legs. this has been going on for about a year. i told my nana about the nose crinkling, and she said i don't have tourettes. should i tell her about the stuttering?? i do have adhd, but i know its not the meds that make me tic because i have been on the meds for 5 months. i never noticed the nose scrunching until last year when my friend told me, and i replied confused. i also never noticed the stuttering when another friend told me, and i still acted confused. i noticed the leg twitch on my own. help please? do you think this is mild tourettes???i also spit when i talk. my friends tell me to stop, but i can't.
