Should I let my teen-aged kids go to this Halloween party?

Let me start by saying that you are a very good parent for wanting your kids to have fun, but you don't want them to have "too" much fun. If it were me, I would want to know the host of this party. It also depends on if your son or daughter has a history with drugs or alcohol.
