Teacher freaks out and insults student. Is it harment?

Write a letter to your superintendentt. Have all your friends do it and eventually if they get enough letters they'll have to figure out something is up. Or make a petition to atleast get the guy checked out. Because if he is making people cry and making them feel unsafe he has no right to be a teacher.
