1985 Honda Accord Carburetor question?

I recently had an 85 honda accord carb rebuilt. Inside the carb are some plastic pieces that have something to do with the idle. They were missing due to some other mechanic that messed it up (apparently they removed them and never put them back in before the car was towed to another shop)...anyway, the mechanic that rebuilt the carb said he does not know what they would be called and they are not included in the rebuild kit and he said they cannot be obtained through the dealership....Does anyone know what those parts would be called? He did some mickey mouse work and put some kind of makeshift parts in there and it worked for a short while but I really need to locate these parts ( I think he said there were two or three of them) and it would help if I could find out what they are called and what it is that they do?
