Should the GOP be worried about young voters going to the dem party?

Does it mean that the future of the GOP is at stake here? All my friends this year voted for Obama and consider themselves liberal democrats. The same happened all over America. Are we moving toward a new trend in the dem party? will this be the emergence of the GNP( grand new party)
