Whi is better at spreading propaganda, Limbaugh, or, the Russian regimes...?

I would go with Rush because people who have lived under the Russian regimes know better than to trust their media for the truth. To paraphrase a well-known British journalist and doentary film maker (sorry, I'm drawing a blank on his name; he looks like a blonde, Richard Harris from about 30 years ago)... The Russian people know how to read between the lines for their news and they know a news item is true if it's been officially denied.
