Why is the world so messed up?

I noticed a horrific increase in retardedness, in correlation with Facebook, such as people who can't spell, use the status update as a "Dear Diary" or just generally show off their stupidity by giving the world an opinion as a retarded, beaten, three year old, thalidomide poisoned, auschwitz survivor would give. Also, the amount of people who use social networking sites as a social life support system, almost to a "It's on Facebook/MySpace, it's law" kind of attitude. Why am I not allowed to publicly execute these people?
