What percentage of what our Federal government does, do you think you ever hear about?

Are you asking what percentage people actually know about, or what percentage they would know out about if they bothered finding out? I think people don't know anything about the government because they just don't care. I personally have read many court cases and laws, but I know that most people don't. However, as for the part of the government that we CANNOT find out about even if we want to, I think it is very little, maybe 5-10%. Mainly military secrets and the like. Everything else is available under FOIA.
